Courtney E. Boniface is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the Rockland County Bar Association and the Rockland Business Women’s Network.
- She is currently a professional advisor to the Rockland Development Council, a cooperative effort of nonprofit organizations, estate planning professionals, and businesses dedicated to raising community awareness of charitable giving, and Baking Memories 4 Kids. She is currently a member of the President’s Advisory Council for St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York, a board member for United Hospice, and a board member for Nyack Rotary.
- She has previously served on the boards of Help from People to People, the Rockland Business Women’s Network, and the Valley Cottage Elementary School PTA.
- She is a graduate of the 2004 class of Leadership Rockland. In 2004, she was awarded the prestigious Forty-Under-Forty Award for leadership by the Rockland Economic Development Corporation, was honored in 2015 as a Corporate Leader of the Year by the Rockland Development Council, and in 2017 was honored as a Woman of Achievement by the Rockland Business Women’s Network.
Courtney, a life-long resident of Rockland County, is married and has three children.
Education
Courtney E. Boniface graduated from Fairfield University, where she majored in both Political Science and International Studies and minored in Peace and Justice. She graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law, with certificates in both Environmental Law and International Law.
As a law student, she participated in the Health Law Clinic, focusing on estate planning issues, and in the Land Use Law Center, where she worked on a two-year study of land use law in the tri-state area. Her work with the Land Use Law Center was published by the Wildlife Conservation Society as part of their Working Paper Series. She spent a semester in England studying International Law at the University College of London.
